Best-selling author Ana Homayoun will present to Pine Crest families at 5 p.m. on Sept. 9, and at 7 p.m. on September 1. Homayoun's new book offers an insightful and innovative approach to navigating the enormous pressures facing girls today.

Two Pine Crest Students won Cappies Awards. This is the first year Pine Crest has participated in this prestigious event that recognizes the best high school theater performances in South Florida.

Scott Singer '94 appeared on Jeopardy and won an accumulation of $40,401. The Sun-Sentinel ran a glowing front-page story on Singer on May 25.

Allison Belette recently received the Coleman Prize, an acknowledgment of her accomplishments as a scholar and a citizen of Pine Crest School.

Pine Crest President Dana Markham presented an Honorary Diploma to Mr. Scott Wing, Head of the Pine Crest Boca Raton campus during Pine Crest's Commencement exercises in May. Dr. Markham said Mr. Wing has "created and instilled so many rich traditions that define the Boca Raton campus."
