The School has made available for purchase a Tuition Insurance Plan. Parents are responsible for the full amount of tuition. The Tuition Insurance Plan may assist with offsetting your financial obligation if life circumstances change. Parents should refer to the Plan brochure each year (click here) regarding all questions pertaining to coverage, claims, and attendance requirements.
The cost of the Tuition Insurance Plan will be billed to the Student Account in full upon execution of the enrollment contract and is due upon receipt. The cost of a Tuition Insurance Plan for 2024-25 is as follows:
Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten | $334.83 |

Parent(s) will receive their student(s) monthly account statement via email. Overdue accounts will begin accruing interest on the first day after the payment due date at a rate of 18% per annum. An annual one-time courtesy waiver for a monthly late fee can be requested with the Finance Office. All other late fees will remain the responsibility of the parent(s). Uniforms are required for all students at Pine Crest School grades pre-kindergarten through twelve. Physical Education shorts and shirts are available for purchase at the Campus Store. For information about purchasing uniforms, click here.
Middle and Upper School students are required to have an approved laptop for use in classes. For more information, click here.

A reserved parking space on campus may be purchased by eligible, licensed students in the tenth through twelfth grades for use during the school year.
Annual Fee .............................$1,100
Payment is due when submitting the parking application. Parking information will be made available at the beginning of June. Registration will be in late July 2023, before the start of the academic year.
Extended Day care is available for Lower and Middle School students on all full school days.
