Students are encouraged to participate in after-school activities at Pine Crest. After-school activities enhance the Pine Crest experience beyond the classroom as students have the opportunity to explore and develop new interests.
Lower School students may be enrolled in after-school activities like swim lessons, music lessons, extended day, or a combination. Our after-school programming allows students to explore and develop a variety of interests. All subjects are presented in a fun and skill-building environment.
The Extended Day Program is open to students from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. The program begins at dismissal each afternoon and ends promptly at 6:00 p.m. Students may first go to an after-school class or activity, and then to Extended Day until pick up.
Many Middle School students choose to stay after school for extra help, library time, music lessons, club meetings, and activities.
Our Middle School After-School program (MSAP) is available to all students in grades six through eight and begins at 4:00 p.m. on the Boca campus and 4:15 p.m. on the Fort Lauderdale campus. MSAP ends promptly at 6:00 p.m. on both campuses.
Upper School students spend time after school receiving extra help from a teacher, playing a competitive sport, participating in a club meeting, or rehearsing for a performance.
