Pine Crest Upper School Jazz Combo Selected to Perform at FMEA Conference

The Pine Crest Upper School jazz combo ensemble has been selected to perform at the Florida Music Educators Association (FMEA) Professional Development Conference in Tampa, Florida in January 2022.

The FMEA Professional Development Conference is one of the largest music education professional development events in the United States. In addition to approximately 250 clinic sessions and concerts, it is host to 23 All-State Ensembles featuring Florida's top band, orchestra, chorus, guitar, and popular music students conducted by world-class conductors and teachers.

Selected by an audition recording, the Pine Crest ensemble will perform with Grammy award-winning jazz trumpeter and composer Mr. Randy Brecker for music educators from across the state.
