Fine Arts Awards & Achievements

Eighteen Pine Crest Middle and Upper School singers were adjudicated at the District 15 Solo and Ensemble recently.

Students are required to sing from a classical solo repertoire for judges based on national standards such as memorization, beauty of voice, and intonation.

Middle School students must sing one classical selection, while Upper School students must sing two selections in varying languages and styles.

Pine Crest students were awarded 12 Superior ratings and six Excellent ratings, the highest possible ratings to receive.

Upper School singers who receive a Superior Rating are eligible to advance to the State Solo and Ensemble adjudication from April 5 to 7, 2019 at Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Moving on to the State Festival are Alexandra Bancroft ’21, Tarini Padmanabhan ’21, Jade Klacko ’21, Alana Friedlander ’21, Suttyn Simon ’21, Carys Edwards ’22, Jeremy Burkun ’22,  and Elizabeth Ham ’20.

Congratulations to all!
