The Pine Crest School girls varsity lacrosse team has earned the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) 1A-15 district championship.

The team beat American Heritage-Plantation to win their eighth consecutive district title and will now compete in the regional semifinal against Benjamin on Tuesday, April 26 at 7:00 p.m. on Best Field. The team defeated American Heritage again at the region quarterfinal to advance to the semifinal.

The boys varsity lacrosse team placed district runner-up falling to Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton. However, they will have a chance at redemption when they face Saint Andrew’s again in the region semifinal on Wednesday, April 27 at 7:00 p.m. at Saint Andrew’s. The boys advanced after defeating Gulliver and in the region quarterfinal.
