Middle School Awards & Achievements


The Pine Crest Middle School yearbook staff on the Boca Raton campus has earned recognition from the Florida Scholastic Press Association (FSPA) and the National Scholastic Press Association (NSPA).

Their most recent edition, “Right Now,” earned an All-Florida rating from FSPA, their highest rating, and a First Class Rating from NSPA with three Marks of Distinction in Coverage, Design and Photography. 

In addition, the book is a Pacemaker Finalist, the most preeminent journalism award given by the NSPA recognizing overall excellence in journalism.

“Right Now” is one of nine Middle School books nationally recognized, and the only one recognized in Florida.
