Pine Crest Fort Lauderdale Online Auction’s Teacher Appreciation Breakfast
Teachers who volunteered their time and ideas for the Online Auction were treated to a fabulous breakfast! In addition to scrumptious food, bead necklaces and music; twelve lucky winners also won prize baskets in the breakfast’s raffle. Online Auction co-chairs Jackie Valdes and Marguot Voyatzoglou coordinated the Thank You Breakfast to honor an overwhelming 110 teachers and administrators who created or will be giving their time to provide unique experiences for students and families to participate in. According to the co-chairs, “The outpouring of enthusiasm and willingness from teachers and administration to help with the school’s fundraising efforts impressed us and made us proud to have such wonderful teachers educate our children”. Many thanks to B & B Cappuccino for donating their specialty coffee cart for the event and to Croissaint’licious for also donating their delicious filled croissants, cakes and quiches for teachers to enjoy. However, the utmost thanks goes to those teachers and administrators who helped make this year’s Online Auction a phenomenal success in raising money for scholarships and general school endowments. Breakfast at Tiffany's
The Boca Raton Parents' Association treated faculty and staff to Breakfast at Tiffanys this morning with a beautiful appreciation brunch in the Bernstein Family Commons Room. As always, our parents were so very generous in donating not only the wonderful food but also some thrilling raffle prizes. Judy Santamarina and Sheryl Eisenberg were each the surprise winners of a Tiffany necklace, Debbie Gibson won a Kindle and Wendy Wilson won an iPad!
We would like to thank PA President, Karen Bauman, her incredibly hard-working committee of Tia Disick, Jennifer Friedman, Stacey Packer and Robyn Schiller and a host of other volunteers who came together to make this event such a success!
