Girls’ Cross Country Team Earns District Championship

The girls’ team won their eighth consecutive district title, with the boys’ finishing third.
“Conditions were some of the worst we have ever seen,” said Coach Paul Baur. “The temperature was the mid-90s, and the heat index was over 100! An incredible effort was put forth by our runners.”
The girls were led by Emily Faulhaber ’20, who finished as the girls’ district runner up.
Both teams advance to the FHSAA regional championship meet on Wednesday, October 30.
