Pine Crest Middle School student-musician Yuna Kumar-Shono ’24 was selected to the 2020 Florida Music Educators Association (FMEA) All-State Middle School Orchestra and the 2020 All-State Middle School Chorus.  

“It is extremely rare that a student is selected for both ensembles,” said Mrs. Allison Mair, Choral Director. “Yuna participated in two rigorous auditions, and we are proud that she will be representing our School on the violin at the All-State Conference in January.”  

Yuna will perform with the All-State Middle School Orchestra in Tampa on Saturday, January 11, 2020.
