Pine Crest School Tennis Teams Earn 2023 District Championships

Athletic Awards & Achievements


The Pine Crest School boys and girls tennis teams have earned their respective 2023 2A Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) district championships.

In addition to the team championships, Kenny Chan ’24 and Krisztian Meszaros ’23 earned the boys doubles district championship and Michaela Landry ’23 and Natasha Jerkunica ’27 earned the girls doubles district championship. Both teams automatically advance to compete for state championship titles.

The regional semi-final tournament will be played Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at home. The girls team will play Dreyfoos School of the Arts, and the boys will play North Broward Preparatory.
