Pine Crest Middle and Upper School students recently competed at the 2023 Technology Student Association (TSA) National Conference in Louisville, Kentucky.
Three Middle School teams earned first in the nation in the Off the Grid, Construction Challenge, and Community Service Video events.
One Upper School team earned first in the nation in the Senior Solar Sprint. The United States Army Educational Outreach Program sponsors this event with the goal of engineering the fastest, most energy-efficient, and best-crafted solar vehicle possible.
The teams of 14 Middle School and 31 Upper School students qualified to compete after their performance at the Florida state-wide competition in March.
