Pine Crest School Crew Team to Compete at 2024 SRAA State Regatta

Pine Crest crew will advance to compete at the 2024 Scholastic Rowing Association of America (SRAA) national championship regatta.

The team sent 11 boats to compete at the SRAA state regatta in Sarasota, Florida recently. As a team, they placed sixth at the regatta, coming in third out of the scholastic competitors.

The Panthers finished with four boats as scholastic state champions and had six boats in total qualify for the national championship. The girls lightweight 4, boys varsity 4, boys junior 4, and boys junior 8 all earned state championships. The boys and girls freshman 8 boats also qualified to compete at the national regatta. 

The SRAA Nationals will take place on Friday, May 24 and Saturday, May 25 on the Cooper River in Pennsauken, New Jersey.
