Pine Crest School Strength and Conditioning Program Receives National Recognition

Pine Crest School’s strength and conditioning program has received the Strength of America distinction for the three year period of 2022 through 2025 from The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
The Strength of America Award honors schools that exhibit the highest standards in the safety and success of young athletes. Pine Crest was measured in four major categories: Supervision, Education, Program, and Facilities. Selected from hundreds of eligible schools, Pine Crest will be recognized on the NSCA website as having achieved the Strength of America distinction.
The National Strength and Conditioning Association is dedicated to ensuring the safety of young athletes through the education and promotion of best-practices when training on the field and in the weight room. For an updated list of Strength of America award winners, visit www.nsca.com.
