The Strength of America Award honors schools that exhibit the highest standards in the safety and success of young athletes.

Schools who are granted the Strength of America Award have demonstrated excellence to teach, implement, and encourage safe and effective strength and conditioning programs.

By winning this award, it shows the dedication Pine Crest School has to ensure the safety of young athletes through the education and promotion of best-practices when training on the field and in the weight room.

The Award is based on four major categories: Supervision, Education, Program, and Facilities. Pine Crest’s strength and conditioning program has achieved the NSCA’s high standards for providing athletes with the best opportunity to improve their athletic performance based upon the level of supervision, program implementation, and the condition of our facilities.

Coach Tim Hibbs, Director of Performance Training and Physical Education, will represent Pine Crest during the NSCA’s National Conference Awards Banquet on July 12, 2019 in Washington, D.C.
