Pine Crest School Girls Basketball Team Earns District Championship

The Pine Crest School girls basketball team earned the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) 3A district 13 championship recently.

The Panthers defeated the Cardinal Gibbons Chiefs 71-53 to win the School’s third girls basketball district championship, and the first since 1998.

The team is the third seed in the region and will play against University School in the FHSAA regional quarterfinal game at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at home. The FHSAA charges an admission fee of $9 that may be purchased online.
