Pine Crest Upper School chorus members performed at the Florida Solo and Ensemble Adjudications recently.

Eligibility to perform at the state level is based on receiving a Superior rating at the District Level Adjudications in February.

Students performed two memorized selections of either Classical Vocal Repertoire or Musical Theater Repertoire and were judged by two college-level professors of voice against national standards. All of the students received either Superior or Excellent ratings, which are the highest ratings possible.

Congratulations to:

Rya Avivi ’24 - Superior
Mary Beighley ’22 - Excellent
Jeremy Berkun ’22 - Superior
Carys Edwards ’22 - three Superiors
Chloe Elderkin ’23 - Superior
Priya Ghanta ’24 - Superior
Samuel Morse ’23 - two Excellents
Sophia Pichardo ’25 - Excellent
Matthew Prevor ’22 - Superior and Excellent
Emmy Pusatari ’24 - two Excellents

Greer Udelson ’23 - Superior

Notably, Carys Edwards ’22, Emmy Pusatari ’24, and Samuel Morse ’23 performed both genres, and Carys and Matthew performed a duet. Carys received three Superior ratings for her performances.
