Pine Crest Upper School student Sara Adler ’24 has been named one of the Top 300 MASTERS in the Society for Science & the Public's 2020 Broadcom MASTERS® program.
Sara’s project, titled “Can Markovian Mathematical Analysis Be Used to Determine if William Shakespeare Independently Wrote All of His Plays? To Be or Not To Be,” is among a select group of 300 MASTERS named from 3,476 entrants throughout the United States.
The 2020 Broadcom MASTERS® is the nation’s premier STEM competition for middle school students. Sara competed during the 2019-20 school year when she was a Pine Crest Fort Lauderdale Middle School eighth grade student. The Broadcom MASTERS seeks to inspire young scientists, engineers, and innovators to solve the grand challenges of the 21st Century.
Of the Top 300 students, 30 finalists will be announced to compete for more than $100,000 in awards and prizes.
