Pine Crest Upper School Chorus Members Are Selected to NAfME

Three Pine Crest Upper School students have been selected to the National Association for Music Education’s (NAfME) national ensembles.
Students who performed in their state’s 2020 All State Chorus ensembles were eligible to audition for the NAfME national ensembles.
Aidan Veghte ’21 (this is his second year) and Jeremy Berkun ’22 were accepted from hundreds of auditionees to the Bass Section in the National Chorus. Jade Klacko ’21 was accepted from hundreds of auditionees to the Modern Band, which consists of 16 of the best contemporary musicians in the country. Jade is one of four singers in the group and the only student from Florida.
