Pine Crest Upper School Thespians Advance to State Festival

The Pine Crest Upper School thespian troupe will compete at the Florida State Thespian Festival in March 2023.
Students qualified to perform at the state competition after receiving 12 Superior and 12 Excellent ratings at the District Festival. In addition, Samuel Morse ’23 received Honorable Mention for his Solo Musical Theatre piece.
The Florida State Festival is the largest thespian competition in the country and features leading adjudicators and professionals from the theater industry. Students will have the opportunity to learn from and work with Broadway actors, choreographers, and directors and take master classes in puppetry, acting, vocal technique, dancing, and more.
