Pine Crest School Track and Field Teams Advance to Regional Meet

The Pine Crest School varsity track and field teams have qualified to compete at the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) regional meet. 
 
“The boys and girls teams had a great showing at the district 14-2A championships, advancing 22 athletes to regional meet,” said Coach Paul Baur, Pine Crest Track and Field Program Head. “The teams won five events. Overall, the girls finished third, and the boys finished fourth in the district.”
 
The distance runners dominated the 1600 meter race winning both girls and boys titles with Brooke Hooper ’24 and Jack Gabrielle ’23 earning their respective district championships.
